Wednesday Lenten Evening Prayer
On Wednesday evenings throughout the Lenten season, we will gather to pray "For the healing of the nations." The book of Revelation speaks of God's ultimate goal of a new creation. In that new creation, in the city of God, is a tree with leaves that heal the nations. Today, nations are in crisis, the drums of war are beating, displaced peoples seek refuge. We will pray in silence and song for healing to come to our wounded world. Soup supper is at 5:30, worship at 7PM. All are welcome!

Ash Wednesday
On February 10th, Christians will gather throughout the world in order to observe Ash Wednesday and the beginning of the season of Lent. On this day we come together to face our mortality, but also to venture boldly into the future as forgiven people. Worship begins at 7pm, but we will gather for a simple meal of soup beforehand at 5:30. All are welcome to come, eat a meal, listen to God's Word, receive the ashes as a sign of repentance and receive Holy Communion as the free gift of God given for us in Jesus Christ.
